The memo reads as follows:

Report No. 11 as of 1630, March 24, 1965

The head of the column of marchers reached St. Jude's bivouac area within Montgomery at 1510 Selma time. There have been no reportable incidents, except for one arrest reported by F.B.I.

The number of marchers has increased consistently during the afternoon. The latest estimate ran between 4,000 and 5,000 just before entering the bivouac area.

Tomorrow's schedule reportedly calls for a late departure around 0830 Selma time, to arrive at the Capitol about noon. A rally is planned between noon and 1500. At approximately 1500, a delegation of twenty will attempt to see Governor Wallace. Dispersal is expected to start at about 1600 Selma time.

The next report will be as of 1000 tomorrow morning.
