TRANSMITTALS

Transmittals are memos sent by the William J. Hopkins, Executive Clerk, and later Executive Assistant to the President, to the Director of the Bureau of the Budget notifying the Director that legislation was received at the White House and requesting a reports and recommendations from the Bureau.
