Acquiring
Prints and Image Files
The best
quality prints of these images can be obtained by having a commercial
photo lab in your area download the high-resolution files (for free) and
make prints to your specifications. You may also order dye-sublimation prints from our Audiovisual Archives at $15.00 per print.
Those prints are made digitally at medium resolution on 8½ x 11 paper
with wide white margins. For photographs intended for publication, we
strongly recommend acquiring the images as digital files. If difficulties
arise in downloading, you may purchase digital image files for $10.00
each, recorded on CDs.
Turnaround
Time
From
the time that a written, paid order is received by the Library, please
allow four to six weeks for delivery. Rush orders cannot be accommodated.
Kindly note that the Government agency to which we belong does not permit
us to send purchased images by e-mail.
